Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to both the executive team and the broader office. This role requires a dynamic individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. The Administrative Assistant will manage daily operations, coordinate schedules, and assist with administrative tasks that ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executive Support:
    • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for executive team members.
    • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
    • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Office Administration:
    • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
    • Assist in the preparation and organization of meetings, including setting up conference rooms, preparing materials, and taking minutes.
    • Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.
    • Oversee incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services.
  • General Administrative Duties:
    • Support various departments as needed with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
    • Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing workstations and ensuring necessary supplies are available.
    • Handle general inquiries via phone, email, or in person, and direct them to the appropriate team members.
    • Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including managing equipment and coordinating maintenance when needed.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting executives and office operations.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Additional Information:
  • Salary Range: $33,200 - $76,900
  • Working Hours: 170 Hours/Month
  • Working Model: Hybrid ( 3 days In-person, 2 days Remote)
  • Benefits: %100 Employer paid Health Insurance for only employees.
